A Rich Terroir with a Heritage Like None Other
Residing in the heart of the renowned St. Helena AVA of Napa Valley, the legacy of the Sinegal Estate is perfect soil, subtle microclimates and a variety of terrains. We’re proud to have inherited noble vines that allow us to produce celebrated, award-winning Napa Valley wines. As unique as a fingerprint, our terroir is like none other anywhere.
Our obsession starts with our grapes – with just over nine organically farmed vineyard acres planted to a diverse selection of varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Musque, and Semilion. We’re stewarding a rich tradition started by Alton Williams who planted the first vines on this property in 1881, harvesting them in 1884. Exactly 130 years later, Sinegal Estate will release its first wine, reflective of the specificities of the unique site from which it hails and carrying on the rich legacy.
