RETURN POLICY – 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Sinegal Estate, we are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 244-1187 within six months of purchase and we’ll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile, and issues arise from time to time. Contact us at (707) 244-1187, and we will rectify the situation quickly

Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however, we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Sinegal Estate chooses shipping dates very carefully. If the customer specifies a unique shipping date it is the responsibility of the customer to reschedule shipment due to temperature.

Decanting and Storage

We recommend letting our wines rest for a few years before opening. However, if you can’t wait, open the bottle the night before you plan to enjoy it. Pour out half a glass of wine, then place the cork back in and store it upright in a cool place. As many of you are aware, wine is delicate so we recommend storing in an area that never exceeds 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
