Tasting Notes
The 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful and dense wine, with blue and black fruit aromas followed by savory notes of grilled herbs and sweet tobacco. Initially notes of blueberry compote and baker’s chocolate give way to beautiful oak aromas of cedar and baking spice. On the palate bramble blackberries, red currants and Chambord are met with flavors of black clove, vanilla and graphite. This wine exhibits depth, nuance and energy, and will be cellar worthy for many, many years to come.

Tasting Notes
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits elegant aromas of ripe raspberry, plumb and black cherry, with notes of rose petal, cinnamon and allspice. The subtle oak spice tones are well integrated with the fruit and floral aromas in this wine. On the palate there is a silky texture with smooth tannins and a long lingering finish. Flavors of candied cherries, and blackberry kirsch are intermixed with secondary notes of vanilla bean, mocha and coca nibs. The 2017 is showing well at a young age, however the wine has a nice tannin structure to age gracefully for the next 7-10 years.

Tasting Notes
The 2018 Pinot Noir is a wonderful representation of the vintage, displaying bright red fruits, soft floral elements and vibrant acidity. The wine opens with aromas of rose petal, raspberry and black tea notes with hints of orange peel and toasted oak fragrances. On the palate the entry of the wine displays flavors of bing cherries and wild strawberries, followed by a soft and full-bodied core that finishes with subtle earth tones and bright acidity leaving, a long, lingering finish.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, aromas of white peach and ripe honeydew melon, are intertwined with notes of delicate orange blossom and lightly caramelized crème brûlée. Subtle hints of mint leaf and wet stone can also be found lingering in the background. On the palate, racy flavors of green apple, grapefruit and lime zest awaken the taste buds. As the wine opens up, subtle flavors of lemongrass and honeycomb combine with brioche, as the sur lie ageing becomes evident. In its youth, the bright acid and exotic nose shine through, but with time more complex flavors and aromas will develop making for a truly memorable wine.
