About The Key
The Key is Sinegal Estate’s loyalty program for eligible members. It rewards your relationship with the Estate through points earned on qualifying purchases and Estate activity, with Available Points unlocking eligible Estate wines, experiences, special events, library offerings, and other Key opportunities.
The Key is available to eligible Sinegal Estate members who are at least 21 years of age and maintain an eligible account in good standing.
First-time club members join The Key through an eligible Sinegal Estate membership signup. Current members should follow the program communications provided directly by Sinegal Estate.
No. The Key is a loyalty program that works alongside eligible Sinegal Estate membership. Participation in The Key does not by itself create, renew, cancel, or modify a wine club membership.
Earning Points
Members can earn points through qualifying purchases made directly through Sinegal Estate, qualifying Estate visits, qualifying event attendance, and other eligible activities announced by the Estate.
Your membership tier sets your standard earning rate: Silver earns 3 points per eligible $1, Gold earns 7, Platinum earns 8, and Master earns 9.
Points are calculated on the eligible purchase amount actually paid. Taxes, shipping or delivery charges, gratuities, service fees, gift-card purchases, refunded or credited amounts, and other nonqualifying charges do not earn points unless Sinegal Estate expressly states otherwise.
Qualifying purchases made directly through Sinegal Estate may include purchases made online, by telephone, at the Estate, and at qualifying Sinegal Estate-sponsored offsite events.
Yes. A qualifying Estate visit currently earns 500 points after participation is confirmed.
Yes. Qualifying event attendance currently earns 1,000 points after participation is confirmed.
No. Points are earned on qualifying transactions and activities that occur after Program enrollment unless Sinegal Estate expressly states otherwise.
Welcome Grants
A Welcome Grant is a one-time allocation of Pending Points reserved for eligible first-time Sinegal Estate club signups only. The grant is based on the membership tier selected at signup.
Eligible first-time club signups currently receive: Silver 3,000 Pending Points, Gold 6,000, Platinum 9,000, and Master 15,600.

A Welcome Grant becomes available only after both requirements are met: at least 12 months have passed from enrollment and at least three qualifying Sinegal Estate club shipments have been successfully completed. The grant vests on the later of those two dates.
A qualifying shipment must be successfully processed and paid and cannot have been cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.
No. Welcome Grants are reserved for eligible first-time Sinegal Estate club signups only.
Your Key Ring, Vesting & Expiration
Your Key Ring is the name used for your Program point balance. It may include both Pending Points and Available Points.
Pending Points have been earned or granted but have not yet completed the applicable vesting period and cannot be used. Available Points have completed the applicable vesting requirements and may be used for eligible Key redemptions.
Points earned from a qualifying purchase become Available Points 12 months after the qualifying purchase.
Points earned from a qualifying Estate visit, event, or other eligible non-purchase activity become Available Points 12 months after the date of the qualifying activity.
Not necessarily. Each group of earned points has its own vesting date based on when the qualifying purchase or activity occurred.
Unused Available Points expire 12 months after their applicable vesting date. Because points may vest at different times, your Key Ring can contain points with different expiration dates.
Sinegal Estate may send administrative or transactional communications about points earned, vesting, expiration, redemptions, account changes, and material Program updates. Your Key Ring activity is communicated through member notifications and emails.
Using Points
Available Points may be used for eligible Key rewards identified by Sinegal Estate, including Estate wines, experiences, special events, library offerings, access opportunities, and other eligible rewards announced by the Estate.
Point requirements are set by the then-current Redemption Menu or applicable offer. Requirements may vary by wine, experience, event, or other Key opportunity and may change over time.
No. Points are promotional loyalty benefits. They are not cash, do not have cash value, and are not a stored-value account or general account credit.
No. Pending Points cannot be redeemed. They must first satisfy the applicable vesting requirements and become Available Points.
No. Wines, vintages, experiences, event dates, and other benefits are subject to availability, capacity, inventory, blackout dates, location, and applicable law.
Points may not be sold, assigned, bartered, or transferred except when Sinegal Estate expressly permits a particular reward to be gifted.
No. Points are used only for eligible Key rewards and redemption opportunities authorized by Sinegal Estate. They are not cash or a general account credit against standard club charges.
Account & Program Details
If a purchase that generated points is cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, Sinegal Estate may deduct the corresponding Pending or Available Points.
Points associated with a cancelled event, refunded event ticket, cancelled reservation, or activity that was not attended may be reversed.
Yes. Sinegal Estate may modify earning opportunities, point requirements, qualifying activities, redemption options, membership tiers, and other Program features in accordance with the Program Terms and applicable law.
Yes. A member may withdraw using the contact method or account functionality made available by Sinegal Estate. Withdrawal ends future Program earning and participation but does not by itself cancel a wine club membership.
Sinegal Estate uses information needed to administer the Program, such as account and contact information, membership status, eligible transaction history, point activity, vesting and expiration dates, Estate visits, event participation, and reward redemptions. The Sinegal Estate Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy notices govern that use.
