How to Redeem
Choose what you want to unlock.
Redemptions are handled directly with Sinegal Estate. Select an eligible offering, send us the details, and our Concierge team will follow up with availability and next steps.
When you submit your request, include:
- 01Your name and the email associated with your Sinegal Estate membership.
- 02The wine or eligible Key offering you would like to redeem.
- 03For wine, the quantity requested and any relevant fulfillment details.

Key Redemption Price
What you pay on a wine redemption.
Wine purchase price equal to 1% of listed retail value plus the mandatory $5 Key Service Fee.
The displayed price includes the mandatory fee.
The Key Redemption Price shown in the menu is the required pre-tax, pre-shipping cash amount for the wine redemption.
For example, a $260 eligible wine requires 7,800 Available Points and has a $7.60 Key Redemption Price before applicable tax and shipping.
Applicable sales/use tax and reasonable shipping charges are additional. Shipping, age-verification, adult-signature, destination-state, and other alcohol-shipping requirements may apply.

A few common questions.
What points can I use for a redemption?
Only Available Points may be used for eligible redemptions. Pending Points have not yet satisfied the applicable vesting requirements and cannot be redeemed.
Do Key points have a cash value?
No. Key points are promotional loyalty benefits, are not cash, and have no cash value. The point schedule is used only to determine the point requirement for an eligible reward.
Can I use points to reduce the price of my standard club shipment?
No. Points unlock eligible Key redemption opportunities and do not reduce the price of a standard club shipment.
Are all wines and other rewards always available?
No. Wines, vintages, experiences, events, library offerings, and other benefits are subject to availability, inventory, capacity, dates, and applicable Program Terms.
What is included in the Key Redemption Price?
For an eligible wine redemption, the Key Redemption Price includes a wine purchase price equal to 1% of the wine's listed retail value plus the mandatory $5 Key Service Fee. Applicable sales/use tax and reasonable shipping charges are additional.
