The Key is Sinegal Estate’s loyalty program for eligible members. It adds points and redemption opportunities tied to qualifying purchases and Estate activity.
First-time club members enroll in The Key when they join an eligible Sinegal Estate membership.
A Welcome Grant is a one-time allocation of Pending Points reserved for eligible first-time Sinegal Estate club signups only. The amount is based on the membership tier selected at signup.
The Welcome Grant becomes available only after both 12 months of membership and three qualifying club shipments have been completed. Until both requirements are satisfied, the grant remains pending.
Points earned through qualifying purchases and Estate activity remain pending for 12 months after the qualifying transaction or activity. After vesting, they become Available Points that may be used for eligible Key redemptions.
Unused Available Points expire 12 months after their applicable vesting date.
Your program point balance may be referred to as your Key Ring. Sinegal Estate communicates qualifying point activity and vesting through member emails and point notifications.
